1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

If your item does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your return.

4. Return Costs

Returns are free of charge. Jocif covers the return shipping costs for eligible returns within the 30-day period.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal)

Please note that it may take additional time for PayPal to process and reflect the refund in your account.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos clearly showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 days:

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
